Pick-to-light order-picking system - 12 - 30V dc | PVL
Banner PVL parts verification array is used for displaying pick and mis-pick indication. It features two colored, job LED arrows which either confirm a right pick or indicate a mis-pick. The dependable arrays provide the most economical coverage. The arrays can be installed easily without any assembling. The set-up is further simplified by the opto-mechanical alignment with a highly visible, red emitter. These allow direct mounting, either vertical or horizontal, to a racking profile. Installation costs can be minimized by placing a retroreflective tape on an adjacent unit or any of the brackets. These can be secured directly to slotted racking systems using their big, mounting holes.
The arrays are highly durable due to their rugged, all-metal compact housing. The exit of cable on either end is enabled by the slotted housing design.
