Agilent Digitizing Scopes are available in the range of 8 to 10 bit digitizers that deliver up to 4 GS/s sampling rate and more than 1 GHz of bandwidth. This makes these devices perfectly suited for automated test systems that need scope type measurements on speedy signals. The embedded scope type features include selectable 50Ω/1MΩ input impedance and AC/DC coupling, several full scalerange, offset control and intense triggering abilities. Additionally, it is possible to achieve multi channel synchronization by meeting picoseconds-level of accuracy between several cards. These digitization scopes are designed to capitalize on the usability from a PC for applications that need a big number of channels and automated test purposes, compared to oscilloscopes that simply optimize the human interface.
