The Pall Gaskleen Top Mount (TM) filter assemblies are fitted with a top mount filter ideal for use with gas delivery systems, and the filter is very simple to access and change. The device features a ≥3 nanometer filtration of any semi-conductor process gases, and is fitted an electropolished 316L stainless steel housing in addition to a highly advanced 316L stainless steel filter medium. The Pall Gaskleen Top Mount is able to withstand high temperatures and strong pressures and has impressive gas displacement and desorption characteristics. All units are 100% helium leak-tested and manufactured and packaged in a cleanroom environment.
