XRF sorting machine / for mineral material - CXR-1000 sorter
The CXR-1000 edition of sorting unit is present in an enclosed circuit at the Comex test center with sorting of various materials as per X-ray transmission XRT. The Sorting process is carried out after practical analysis of the X-ray image and isolated particle geometry. The isolating process is carried out by air-blowing rejection nozzles or by mechanical flaps. The orthodox sorting capacity relies on the particle size and ranges from 20-30 t/h for fine particles under 30 mm, and from 100-250 t/h for grainy particles over 100 mm. The unit has default utilization in sorting application of coal, iron ore, different metal ores, apatite, fluorite, manganese ore, different metals.
