Pneumatic atomizing nozzle - 20 psi
The Lee Company makes many atomizing nozzles in air-assisted and airless forms to create a 50-degree hollow cone spray pattern so that atomization is easy to manage. This unit works without an outside air supply and with a 20 psi setup. It has a stainless steel body with 6-40 threads to work with the Lee 062 Minstac system, and functions well in multiple flow ranges with different controls and a good micro-dispense valve.
The unit has an external air source for atomization and a lower fluid operating pressure. It can be controlled to adjust the flow rate as needed. The atomizing nozzles are also made with wetted materials and can be designed with specific requests in mind.
