Sprayer painting / electrostatic / rotary - max. 1 500 cm³/min | RA-20

The RA-20 Rotary Atomisers uses vector air to control pattern shaping. They require no minimum sparking distance making them possible to place close to objects where they are spraying. This promotes optimal coverage and minimal over-spray.

Having an internal powder supply (IPS), they feature lightweight, flexible low-voltage cables that experience less wear in robotic applications. Furthermore, they offer a wide range of coatings such as solvent-based, waterborne, waterborne emulsions, high-solids, two-component materials, metallic, and 100-percent-solids liquid coatings.

They have 3 different cups - the finned, smooth, and the MicroFin™ cup. The finned cup provides for an excellent quality finish and is usable for a wide range of paints and coatings. The smooth cup is more suitable choice for thicker coatings like emulsions and most water-reducible coatings. Lastly, the MicroFin™ cup provides finer atomization for higher viscosity coatings.
