This automatic lid placing system provides high speed rates on production, simplicity of usage, and speedy format changing. It is perfectly suited for cherries, cherry tomatoes, and strawberry tray lid placing. There are three areas for lid packaging: lid denester, tray loading and centering, and lid placing. Tray feeding uses a belt composed of rollers operating on different speeds. With simplicity of usage and high reliability, this unit can work with several different types of lids that can be automatically knocked out. The ergonomic design makes it much simpler for lid loading and format changes and has the capability of tray pile loading at a height of about 1.500 mm.
