Oils are essential in the proper function of a machinery. With its daily operation, contaminants and dust particles finds their way into these fluids causing several problems including oxidation and fouling. To prevent this from happening, IFM developed the LDP100 that continuously monitors the contaminants in oil and to ensure that the cleanliness level meets the specifications of ISO 4406:99 or SAE AS4059E.High-end circuitry of this device is encased in a robust aluminum die-cast housing to withstand extreme working conditions. It has the latest interfaces such as a graphic display, intuitive controls, CAN-Bus, analogue and switching outputs for easy data display, data acquisition and transference. It handles media such as mineral oils, ester and biodegradable oils.
