The DC 11-Module is an optimized stand-alone unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. It can manage just about every kind of dust and chip you can imagine, and when properly equipped, your coolants and emulsions as well.
With the DC 11-Module we deliver a complete central unit from the factory, plug and play easy to install. The DC 11-Module family is modularly build, hence it can be tailor made exactly after your demands.
It has been designed to service up to six normal extraction points or several cleaning outlets at a time. We have worked hard to get the standard sound level to just 65 dB(A).
For energy saving and reliable remote control of operation, the DC 11-Module is also available with the DC Green System.

The CNC ChipMaster Vacuum features both a chip basket to separate out chips as small as .05" from coolant and a transfer pump to return filtered coolant to the machine tool or into collection drums. A second filtration through an optional polypropylene filter will trap metal fines down to 300 microns. Like the ChipMaster, its tangential intake port allows the unit to not only recover chips and coolant, but strings and clumps as well. It produces a static water lift of 90" and an air displacement of 224 CFM.

Chip vacuum cleaner / industrial - 2 kW, max. 45 l | KSV 45/2 W
The KSV 45/2 W is a portable unit designed to pick up engineering coolant and metal chippings, and some spirals depending on size. The machine is suited to smaller workshops and fits neatly in our range under the 100ltr Freddy Superminor.
The motor unit is protected by a ball float system to cut off the suction to prevent over filling of the canister with liquid. Around the float cage is a perforated steel filter to prevent swarf being sucked into the vacuum motors.
Sitting in the canister is a perforated steel basket with a lifting handle. This basket holds the metal chippings/swarf. When the basket is lifted out of the canister the liquid drains out. The canister is fitted with a drain hose and stopper to empty the canister of liquid.
Supplied with a 38mm hose and tool kit comprising of:
