Stacking door / fibreglass - SPACELITE HT

The stacking door SPACELITE HT was developed especially for specific demands in industrial buildings and workshops. Since then thousands of doors have endured the test of time in practical use. Upon opening the door panels stack safely and compactly in a cassette behind the lintel. Lighting fixtures, lifting platforms and other fittings on the ceiling are not impaired.

The door panels are made of fibreglass due to the translucence of up to 78 percent bright and light-flooded working areas are created behind the door, reducing the daytime lighting expenses and enabling pleasant working environments. Due to the special twin-walled design of the fibreglass elements, excellent thermal insulation is achieved. Additionally, a complete seal of the door systems prevents unnecessary energy loss and draught in the building, which subsequently leads to substantial savings for the cost of energy.

Aside from conventional fiberglass paneling we additionally offer the stacking door SPACELITE HT with insulation glass panels

We have deliberately refrained from using hinges, ropes and springs which are prone to interference in operations therefore minimising the service costs and preventing subsequent extra costs. The door is perfectly suited for renovation tasks, due its self-supporting construction requiring minimal space and its adaptability to local situations.

For dimensions up to 5,5 m width by 9,0 m height we offer the stacking door SPACELITE HT 40. This cost effective basic model can be extended according to customers needs. Stacking door types HT 60, 80 and 150 are particularly suitable for applications with larger dimensions and widths up to 15 m

Stacking door / retail banking / for shop

For the specific requirements in shops in shopping centres Butzbach developed a Mobile Partition Wall for commerce. While many shopping centres and shop windows are hidden behind unattractive doors after closing, the Butzbach Mobile Partition Walls allow you to display your merchandise at any time, enhancing the appearance of your business beyond opening hours.

Steel reinforced aluminium profiles protect against attempted thefts even with extreme force. As soon as the wall is closed, a lock in the drive unit prevents the wall being able to be lifted.

The Mobile Partition Wall is easy to open and close by means of a control push button. Upon opening the door panels stack compactly in a cassette, e. g. in a suspended ceiling. Therefore, the entire height and width are accessible and the entrance area can be completely utilised during business hours. We offer a solution for wide openings by installing a series of doors and utilising a sideward moveable track.

Three different design variants are available: an all glass version, a version with horizontal profiles and a version with both vertical and horizontal profiles. By colour coating the aluminium profiles or by adding individual design ornaments, the Butzbach Partition Wall can be optimally adapted to your corporate identity and the installation location.
