The Supernova ASAP series is ideal for use with butterfly, ball valves or plug. These rack and pinion actuators provide a portable design for spring rebound and double action. This series features precision die-cast pistons that maximizes efficiency and life cycle with its huge cylinder bearings. The actuators combine precision-extruded tough anodized aluminum body and a single portion of nickel-plated pinion gear which are lubricated from the factory to be maintenance-free. It applies both clockwise and counterclockwise adjustment in 100 degree travel for open and closed points. Torque ranges available are from 25 in-lbs up to 58,000 in-lbs.

The Flowserve Valtek Valtork rotary cylinder actuator in composed of a high pressure, compact actuator. It has a high torque with a pneumatic stiffness for great throttling capabilities. The standard splined shaft connection removes backlash for accurate control. It is created to supply air pressures to 150 psi (10.3 Bar) to remove the need to use a pressure regulator. The high stiffness allows a firm control from 0 to 90 degrees.
