The KRACHT KF series transfer gear pumps feature flows up to 200 cm3/r and pressures up to 25 bar, have a modular design, offering upgrade, and can be used for various pumping applications with different fluids, with low lubrication properties. The housing is made out of cast iron, and gear units are made from high-strength case-hardening steel, mounted in multi-compound plain bearing bushes. The drive shaft is sealed by a lip seal (rotary shaft). The pumps are available in different sizes, with all models using a helical tooth system, offering minimal noise and vibration free operation.

Kracht's Transfer Gear Pumps KF are typically recommended in vacuum plants, PUR plants and refrigerating installations. It can be suited with a magnetic coupling which acts as a shaft seal that delivers the torque.

The external rotor of the magnetic coupling is positioned on the motor shaft while the internal rotor is directly position on the pump shaft. Its torque is delivered between the external and the internal rotors via magnetic forces. The split case can be found between the two rotors.

Whenever a tight seal is needed on the pump chamber and the atmosphere, the magnetic coupling is utilized. It is ideal for instances in which contact with the air would lead to an undesired hardening of the medium.

Kracht KF transfer gear pumps are suitable for pumping a broad range of fluids. The pumps stand out due to the variety of variants offered. The modular variants can be assembled as needed and are also upgradeable. The pumps can also handle media with low lubrication properties.

The units are made from strong, case-hardening steel, hardened and fixed in unique plain bearing bushes with multi-compounds. Grey cast iron is used for the standard housing sections. Rotary shaft seal of lip-type is used for sealing the standard drive shaft. A helical tooth system is included in all pump sizes. This system, along with the unique gear geometry, ensures reduced noise and lower pulse pressure.

The KF 4/125...KF 6/730 is a transfer gear pumps designed with magnetic coupling that can be used on different applications. This magnetic coupling works as a shaft seal for the transmission of the torque. It is also used if a complete sealing is needed on the pumping room and in the atmosphere.

It is assured that when working in closed systems with high pressure, the operation is leak-free. The magnetic coupling is highly used in dispensing dangerous and materials that will badly affect the health. Its inner rotor is a hub made of stainless steel 1.4571 and Sm2Co17 magnets. Its split case is flange made of stainless steel 1.4571 and a pod also made of stainless steel.

It is applied in polyurethane facilities, refrigerating machines and vacuum facilities.
