HV10 / HV20 Series are secure replacement and mixed type vane pumps with a space saving design. These can be accessed in one or two pump models ideal for factory and mobile application. The structure of the vane is self-remunerated for erosion and demolition for volumetric productivity of the pump life. The vanes are known to modify its orbit to touch the cam ring in case of erosion.

The pumping process is initialized only when the speed is substantially greater for the vane to toss it out keeping the vane intact regardless of the pressures. It has a hydraulic structure with externally filled bearing which results in low maintenance and longer durability.

Additionally, the entry and exit ports can be revolved using increments of 90o between one another for higher adaptability and simple set-up.

The HV2010 and HV2020 series of double pumps are utilized in both industrial and mobile application. Possessing a vane design that reduces wear and clearances, the volumetric ability of the pump is constant sustained over the service life. The vane's orbit adjusts and comes in contact with the cam ring despite signs of wearing between the two parts. Low speed and high pressure occurrences do not destroy the vane pump because the pumping process starts only until the speed is enough for the vane to throw out.

With a hydraulically balanced design wherein the bearing is externally loaded prolonged service life is attained. Its inlet and outlet ports can be turned in an advancement of 90o in relation to each other therefore providing a versatile operation and easy installation.

HVQ/HV Series are vane pumps of balanced type and fixed displacement. They are available for any industrial application with quiet 12-vane design and also for any mobile application (having wider speed range and higher pressure) in 10-vane design.

The self-compensatory vane design for clearance and wear ensures constant volume almost throughout its service life (its vane adjusts the orbit for contacting the cam ring, in spite of wear occurring between vane tip and cam ring).

Having an intra-vane design (balanced type), there is continuous supply of outlet pressure between the insert and vane. This small area has correspondingly light thrust. The bottom and top portion of the pump vane are subjected to outlet or inlet pressure, depending upon the vane's rotational location. Holes in the rotor help in valving the pressure to and from the bottom of the vane.

HT7E, HT6D and HT6C are balanced type pumps of single vane that have fixed displacement. It has been designed for higher operation of pressure and more flow having the same size of housing.

It has a pin-vane design, which applies the outlet pressure continuously on the pin, which provides the light and steady force going against that vane. The bottom and top area of this vane are subjected to similar pressure, either outlet or inlet pressure, depending on location of vane during rotation of rotor. This design minimizes the noise level and also improves efficiency of volume.

The shaft not being with the cartridge, allows easy flow capacity change and also field servicing even without removal of the pump from its own mounting.
