A built in Pop-Up valve for quickly loading abrasive and an optional operator controlled Abrasive Cut-off Switch operated at the blast nozzle are a boost to production rates, drastically cutting back on down time.

Big Clems are offered in three sizes: 60, 120 and 160 cubic feet (pressure vessel abrasive volume). Each size is available as stationary, yard towable or highway towable. Nine models give you a wide choice to meet your specific bulk blast requirements.

Superb quality features make the Clemco Big Clem unbeatable! Strong steel frame trailer, axles and wheels not duplicated by any of our competitors. Additional safety is provided through four wheel brakes and emergency break-away switch on highway models and multi-ply tires based on weight loads.

Top and bottom of the blast pressure vessels are fitted with semi elliptical chamber ends. The shape of the bottom of the blast chambers allows freer flow of abrasive by eliminating dead space. All Big Clems are built to strict ASME codes for pressure vessels. Unique to the Big Clem is a 12 X 16 manway located in the side of the pressure vessel to permit access to the chamber interior for cleaning and maintenance.

Guyson Corporation builds and releases robotic blast machines capable of accurately repeating programmed surface preparation routines on single components and processes a tray-full of parts automatically. All done without any break. 6-axis Fanuc LR Mate 200iC robot acts as a component manipulator. There is an articulated arm, a pneumatically actuated gripper on robot, which is mounted upside down on a special structure integrated into the roof of the grit-blasting chamber. There is a tailored suit made of laminated fabric that prevents the robot from any harmful effects within the process enclosure. All the same kind of components are placed within a custom-designed tray or pallet, eligible for robotic picking. This is then placed on one side of the blast system, where a bar code will scan to identify the part number needed to be processed.

Guyson Corporation tool-changing robotic grit-blast system has seven axes. It enables automatic changing between blasting tools during critical surface preparation activity around the outside of intricate-shaped parts. It is also useful in recesses and interior of the components. It is a multitasking machine.

It features a Fanuc M-20iA robot with 6 axes. This robot is strongly mounted on a pedestal inside the blasting cabinet that has rotary table. The cabinet has dimensions of 60 x 96 inches. The robotic nozzle manipulator is separated from dust and media by a custom-designed, laminated fabric suit. Yet, the complete range of motion of the articulated robot arm is allowed by the manipulator.

The turntable is driven by servo motors, and it has a fixture for holding replaceable components. It is managed as a seventh axis of the robotic coordinated motion. This ensures repeatability of accurate workpiece orientation and rotation during the automated blast processing routine.

The blast system was designed for fragile automotive electronic parts processing, which is an operation that requires a precise impact treatment degree on one side.

The product offers improved repeatability and accuracy, while the robotic arm is fitted with a vacuum-style end effector, ensuring security for flipping, picking up and re-orienting flat components after and before the blasting process in the multiple-gun beadblast machine.

Guyson Corporation presents RB-600 robotic blast machine is very lean. It has been developed for one-piece-flow processing of precision parts. It can be specifically adapted for surface preparation or shot peening of turbine blades and buckets.

The Model RB-600 comes in two versions - pressure-blast or suction-blast. It offers compatibility with a complete range of shot and grit blasting or peening media.

A Fanuc Robotics LR Mate 200iC robot arm with 6 axes is used for directing a sole blast gun or pressure nozzle. This arm is strongly suspended from the detachable roof of the RB-600 blast cabinet.

A spindle, driven by a servo motor and controlled as a seventh axis of robotic motion, coordinates the nozzle motion with component rotation. This ensures precise and constant maintenance of blast gun stand-off distance, surface sped and substrate angle. This is possible even as RB-600 goes through intricate-shaped parts at the time of programmed impact treatment.

The Shot Blasting Booth, manufactured by GRESAS, is made with cabins in all types of dimensions. This equipment generally consists of a plate, a frame, an access door for products, an operator door, an inside sheeting as well as an inside lighting.

The plate features 80mm sandwich panels that are sound proof while the frame features cabins which are structured by cranes in a spacing of 3 meters. The access door for products is made in caisson which enhances ventilation of the enclosure. The operator door is fitted with an anti-panic security as well as a protection glass.

The inside sheeting offers an anti-abrasion gum that is assembled on a pendular manner. Its vertical panels including the door are protected against wear and tear. The inside lightening is a proof model with 3 fluorescent tubes and the glasses inside the cabin are replaceable.
