Mistral installation tools for speed rivets have been designed for medium and high volume applications. We can offer a large range of performance, lightweight and low maintenance hydro-pneumatic setting tools, standard or custom-made to adapt to the constraint of the workstation.
They can be handheld, suspended or vertically fixed under the workstation for up to down or down to up riveting.

They are capable of operating in various positions and are available in models RR-4 UC, RR-6 UC, RR-12 UC, RR-14 UC, RR-16 UC, RR-18 UC, RR-20 UC and RR-30 UC. AGME has designed and manufactured a user friendly AC1 quality assurance system, based on absolute measure of the riveting head position. It measures riveting course from the machine’s resting position and the return is based on time, force, position or riveting distance. It automatically calculates numerical results of contact, final force, time, riveting distance and final position. With quick selection of parameters to be controlled, easy evaluation of the data, and an OK or NOK assessment of each processed part, controlling the most important parameters is totally effortless.

The AC2 is considered as a quality assurance unit or system which is in accordance to the relative measurement of the reference surface. It combines a floating system which touches on the parts of the device to be joint through the use of a rivet. The AC2 machine is also the same as the AC1 version wherein the position or riveting distance of the latter can be dome by taking into account the last height result of the rivet. It may also be used obtain results of the riveted head height. In this way sufficient, information is supplied in order to accept or reject the part.
