The 5-Axis Subplates are part of the work holding solutions of Jergens that feature Fixture-Pro Subplates. They may be round or square and can be configured with QLS, making it applicable for customization using the Ball Lock attachment system. Locating Pins, Sine Fixture keys and Locating keys are used for the attachment of the device to the table. Furthermore, these subplates offer a standard approach to 5-Axis operation.

Jergens Workholding Solutions offers 5-Axis Top Plates for mount fitting that are built with mounting holes, but cannot be paired with the QLS grid. These are designed with 1018 Steel and toughened brushings. They also have a 0.0005"/ft. flatness ground, and an allowable +/- 0.005 or 0.13 mm width. Its top plates allow increased versatility for fast replacing of components and top tooling selections.

The Strap Pads are made of C-1018 Plastic, steel and Paper packed Bakeline Brass materials with Black Oxide finish for steel pad only with toughened case heat treat. It comes with FixtureProTM Design Software. The plastic pads are resistant to oil and cutting liquids, eases high clamping pressures, but defends the soft substances against scratches or blemishes.
