The V100 is a highly precise vertical turning center, which comes with a compact and durable design, as well as various features. The first impressive aspect is the cost-effective, fast and simple tool changing, which is due to the three-dimensional movement on the headstock.

In addition to this, all technologies needed by an application are integrated into this device, such as milling, laser hardening and welding, assembling, grinding and turning. Next, no less than eight to 12 tool stations are available on mounting plates, driven or fixed. Finally, the idle times are extremely short, which is mainly due to the new tripod concept, while the rapid movement at a rate of 60m/min is also possible.

The WN20-T4 is manufactured by IMT Intermato. It is a 4-axis CNC vertical lathe machining, that is especially designed for processing alloy wheels with a nominal diameter of up to 20". Features of the WN20-T4 include simultaneous contact of two tools, which minimizes significant operation times. It also requires minimal maintenance. The two series of apparatuses are equipped with turning capacities for wheels with nominal diameters of 22.5" and 24.5", respectively.

They feature comprehensive structural housings, integrated dual-chip conveyors that deliver enhanced chip evacuation, and contained machining times and tool cutting for compensation. they also showcase semi-automatic pallet loading systems, and non-affecting loading times.

The WN32-T2 model provides two-axis turning while the WN32-T4 has four axis turning. The structure, the axis, and the machining area are developed in order to allow heavy/rapid machining of wheels. Their construction, axis, and working area are manufactured to allow heavy and fast wheel machining.

Both versions are integrated with a semi-automatic pallet loading system that enables two turning operation sequence including 1st + 2nd OP as well as 1st + 1st and/or 2nd + 2nd. It is offered with the 15 KW drilling head that allows a complete machining of wheels that includes valve and stud hole drilling.
