Spraying Systems Co. known for their precision systems in spray nozzles has come up with another winner with their standard spray nozzles. This particular model has an aesthetic solid cone shape and hence the spray pattern is cone, with a round-impact area. The design of the nozzle and its superior vane design ensure uniform distribution of liquid with uniform flow rate and pressure. Depending on use, the user can adjust the size of the drop from small size to large. The vanes can be removed at convenience, cleaned and replaced. They are marked for easy positioning. To ensure durability, the nozzles are made of Polypropylene. Easy to handle and install, and can be wall mounted too.

This specific spray nozzle is solid, cone-shaped, and its pattern is for round impact area. It has uniform distribution over a wide range of flow rates and pressures; with choices from medium to large drops. The removable vane has location marks to aid in proper positioning, especially after cleaning.

Designed by Nordson, the cSelect nozzles provide consistent accuracy and piece-to-piece performance. They have been designed to uniformly carry out the internal lacquer spray of specific can sizes and types.
They have been manufactured with 35 percent closer tolerance limits than their predecessors which ensures their piece-to-piece accuracy. Manufacturers are able to lower the coating weights due to this uniformity in the applied film thickness. This means that they benefit from a reduced cost and consumption of material.
Every cSelect nozzle is tested for its performance. This is done by coating specific can types and sizes and then measuring the distribution of the film thickness along the container's sidewall. The results don't vary more than 0.50 mg/in2 and these are then the performance criteria for the nozzle. The cSelect nozzles can be manufactured to tighter tolerances as necessary to ensure uniform coating of a can of any desired size or type.

Nordson Cross Cut Airless Spray Gun Nozzles produce greater atomizing energy and a reduced fluid pressure when compared to any conventional airless spray nozzles. This results in a softer, low velocity spray which reduces dripping, material waste and equipment wear for maximum coating efficiency.
The cross cut nozzle allows for a much wider spray pattern of up to 28". It is less prone to plugging and due to the softer spray, has a more controllable spray and less bounceback. When the cross cut nozzles begin to wear, both flow rate and fan pattern width increase together so that the film thickness remains nearly constant.
A high-quality airless finish is achieved with these cross cut nozzles due to the finer atomization and softer spray pattern that significantly improves the airless electrostatic efficiency and wrap. Nordson Cross Cut nozzles require no additional regulators to adjust.
