ITW Vortec spray vectors produce ultra-fine (micron and sub-micron sized) droplet sized sprays for evaporative cooling, moisturization, atomization and humidification. ITW Vortec uses compressed air as a medium and they produce defined spray patterns which can be widely diffused or directed.

When compared to conventional hydraulic and piezoelectric nozzles, the vectors are technically advanced and they produce a wider surface coverage. Spray vectors use liquid more efficiently and accelerate air-liquid interaction providing effective cooling, humidifying and dust control.

The ITW Vortecs Sprayvectors offers an extremely fine sprays for moisturization, atomization, evaporative cooling and humidification. It also functions into a conventional hydraulic and piezoelectric nozzles which produce the fine spray patterns which can be widely directed or diffused. With the aid of the compressed air, the liquid atomizing devices produce micron and sub-micron sized spray droplets. It creates a greater coverage than conventional nozzles. The Sprayvectors increases its air-liquid interaction resulting to humidifying, effective cooling and dust controlled area.
